Speeds are guaranteed to the router. Wi-Fi performance may vary depending on your device and environment.
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are due by the 5th.
Payment for routers is due on the day of installation.
Loan routers must be returned by the 5th of the following month or you will be billed the full cost.
Connected Space manages network traffic under a fair usage policy to ensure a consistent experience for all users.
All packages are month-to-month with no lock-in. Package changes require at least 1 week's notice before month end.
