Yes — all our packages are fully uncapped with no data limit whatsoever. You can stream, download, and browse as much as you like every month.
If we’re already in your building, installation is scheduled within 48 hours of signup and typically takes about 3 hours. If we need to set up in your building first, we’ll contact you to confirm a timeline.
Yes, you can change your package at any time with no penalty fee. We just need at least 1 week’s notice before the end of the month for the change to take effect on your next billing cycle.
We accept debit orders, EFT, and online card payments. You can manage your billing directly through our customer portal.
No. Our wireless and fibre-to-the-block solutions require no Telkom ADSL line whatsoever. This is one of our biggest advantages — no line rental means lower costs for you.
The 20Mbps plan is ideal for light internet users — browsing, email, social media, and occasional streaming on one or two devices. It’s a solid entry-level option for students or single professionals.
Yes. Netflix HD requires around 5Mbps and 4K requires 25Mbps. On the 20Mbps plan you can comfortably stream HD on one screen. For 4K or multiple devices streaming simultaneously, we recommend the 50Mbps plan or higher.
You can connect as many devices as your router supports. In practice, 20Mbps works best with 1–2 devices actively using the internet at the same time. For households with more simultaneous users, consider the 50Mbps or 100Mbps plan.
The 30Mbps plan suits small households or individuals who stream HD video regularly and use multiple devices. It handles 2-3 simultaneous connections comfortably.
Yes. Zoom and Teams HD calls use around 3Mbps. The 30Mbps plan handles video calls and background browsing simultaneously without issue.
If budget is the main concern and you’re a light-to-moderate user, 30Mbps covers most everyday needs. However, for work-from-home or households with 3+ devices, the 50Mbps Best Value plan is worth the R100 difference.
The 50Mbps plan hits the sweet spot between speed and cost. At R499/mo it gives you enough bandwidth to comfortably handle work-from-home, HD streaming on multiple screens, and gaming simultaneously — making it our most popular plan among apartment residents.
Yes. 50Mbps handles multiple HD video calls, Netflix, YouTube, and background downloads simultaneously without any noticeable impact. It’s the plan most of our work-from-home customers choose.
Absolutely. 50Mbps is ideal for home offices — fast enough for large file uploads, video conferencing, and running multiple applications simultaneously without any noticeable slowdowns. It is our most popular plan among work-from-home customers.
The 100Mbps plan suits heavy users — households with 4+ devices, 4K streaming, large file downloads, and power users who work from home with demanding cloud applications. It’s also great for small shared apartments.
For most everyday tasks like browsing and streaming, 50Mbps and 100Mbps feel similar. The difference shows when downloading large files, uploading to cloud storage, or when multiple power users are on the network simultaneously.
Yes. 100Mbps gives you plenty of bandwidth for a home server running alongside regular household usage. If you need more headroom for heavier server workloads, the 200Mbps plan is worth considering.
Yes — the 200Mbps plan is our highest tier and is designed for small offices, co-working spaces, and demanding home setups. With 200Mbps you have enough bandwidth for many simultaneous users, large uploads, and bandwidth-intensive applications running at the same time.
200Mbps comfortably handles 8 or more simultaneous users — each streaming, video calling, or downloading at the same time without slowing each other down. It is ideal for shared offices, co-working spaces, or large households.
All our plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. If you need a custom solution for your business, reach out to us on WhatsApp at 021 824 0277 and we’ll find the right fit.
